If you're not in love with your order, we're here to make it right.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.
How to start a return
Email hello@shopvele.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return needed.
